2. 14-Days Right of Return (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period begins the day you receive your order.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings, headwear) can only be returned if unopened.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. Items Excluded From Returns

  • Used or damaged items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Hygiene-related accessories such as earrings
  • Gift cards

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours with:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
